Sree Narayana Guru College of Engineering & Technology was established in the northern part of Kerala to educate, nurture and shape technical professionals and leaders to create an inclusive and sustainable society in a national and international perspective. Since its inception, the institution has endeavored to transcend learning beyond boundaries. To achieve this vision, we launched undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes in Engineering that nurture very vibrant and promising professionals equipped with skills to face the ever changing social, economic and cultural scenarios in our country.

At the college we provide high end undergraduate and postgraduate education in new frontiers of Engineering & Technology with special focus towards leadership and innovation. To align with curricula, we have excellent faculty, State of the art infrastructure and Laboratories. Keeping in mind that to teach is to touch a life forever, we believe in holistic education that encompasses academics, co-curricular activities, sports education and life-skills learning. The campus, sports and academic facilities all bear testimony to this belief. Spacious green campus, good library and peaceful atmosphere ensure learning is a wonderful experience.

Work Experience

Dr. Leena A. V., an alumna of Government College of Engineering, Kannur, holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Karpagam Academy of Higher Education. With 23 years of professional experience, including 18 years in academia, she has held key leadership positions such as Head of the Civil Engineering Department and Dean of Undergraduate Studies at SNGCET.

Dr. Leena has been deeply involved in administrative and organizational roles, serving as Secretary of the college's Parent-Teacher Association for a decade. She also served as the Chairperson of the Internal Complaints Committee and the Grievances and Appeal Committee.

Over the course of her career, she has guided numerous student projects, managed major institutional responsibilities, and provided mentorship to both faculty and students. She has actively contributed to academic discourse by attending various national and international conferences, where she has also presented and published research papers. Dr. Leena has further enriched the academic community by chairing sessions at numerous national conferences organized by various institutions.
