The Training and Placement Cell of SNGCET is actively functioning from the beginning. The cell organizes aptitude and soft skills training like seminars, group discussions, and mock interviews for the students, and provides all the necessary guidance and assistance by the Training and Placement Officer (TPO) for boosting students’ confidence level, and achieving their career.
A student representative, each elected from the final year class as student placement coordinator often interact with the TPO for the smooth functioning of the cell. The student placement coordinator addresses the micro-level needs of individual students and bridges the gap between the students and potential employers by the TPO, establishing an integrated support system that would facilitate successful placements for the students.
